Jon Holden is a Rockstar in More Ways Than One!

We’re thrilled to recognize Jon Holden, a warm and welcoming shuttle bus driver at Ontario International Airport. His riders contacted Parking Concepts in order to praise him TWICE in just two months!

Jon is known for his friendly, outgoing personality. Everyone who meets him comes away impressed by the positive way he represents the airport and PCI.

Here’s what his latest riders had to say:

“We had the best experience on the shuttle! Jon went above and beyond to give us his best customer service the entire time we were with him. He was a delight! Just wanted to let you know. It’s always a pleasure flying in and out of here.”

Fun Fact: Jon is such a Rockstar that he played the role of the preacher in Soundgarden’s “Black Hole Sun” music video!

Thank you, Jon, for making every ride a great one. Keep up the fantastic work!
