LEED Certification

We assist our clients in becoming LEED certified (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), an internationally-recognized green building certification system developed by the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC). Considering becoming LEED Certified? PCI will work with you as an integral part of your stewardship team to ensure that the proper goals are achieved and best practices are maintained.

Making Parking Concepts Green

The PCI team practices sustainable stewardship through recycling, waste prevention, purchasing recycled content products, and energy and water conservation. We work to reduce our own carbon footprint using soy-based inks and 100% recycled paper for printing. PCI also encourages electronic filing and other eCommerce initiatives to reduce paper waste. We provide separate trash and recycling receptacles in our workplaces and parking facilities, promote and encourage that company and personal vehicles be fuel efficient and seek to do business with like-minded partners. In fact, our field management team members are primarily outfitted with electric, hybrid and alternative fueled vehicles.
