Parking Concepts, Inc. is a large and rapidly growing California-based parking company capable of operating any challenging parking facility at standards that are unsurpassed in the industry. In addition to exceptional customer service, we understand the importance of cost control and the prudent use of capital. Since our inception in 1974, we have consistently provided exceptional guest experiences. Our History

Stringent Revenue Control & Monitoring

PCI has a highly successful history of increasing revenues for our clients because of our cash handling and control procedures. PCI takes cash handling, reporting and auditing very seriously. As your parking management company hired to oversee your revenue, PCI will be extremely diligent in executing, reporting, analyzing and auditing your asset revenues.

We understand our fiduciary responsibilities to our clients and take revenue integrity very seriously. Unlike most of our peers, we have an active and robust auditing program. We establish revenue benchmarks very early on in our operations and take steps needed to both protect and ensure the proper safeguarding of revenues.

This standard of excellence must be set at the highest levels of the organization, and the established practices must be meaningful and adhered to. This standard is conveyed to our team members through a program that we call “Service Plus!”

The PCI management team has decades of real-world experience with virtually all types of parking operations and understands the unique relationships and cultures that are part of each operation. With this in mind, we quickly adapt to meet and exceed each project’s service standards.

When PCI was founded, we knew that we were in a very competitive industry. Some companies were building national empires; others were diversifying into unchartered areas. From the beginning, we decided to focus on what is still the most important consideration in the parking business: service.

Significant Presence & Experience

PCI currently leases, manages or operates over 180 parking facilities serving office buildings, shopping centers, hotels, restaurants, airports, hospitals, recreational facilities and medical buildings throughout the country. We presently employ more than 1,400 highly trained parking and transportation professionals. We have extensive experience operating facilities ranging in size from as small as 10 to well over 25,000 spaces. Notably, PCI valet parks over 4,500 vehicles per week at our Dallas Fort Worth Airport Valet operation; resulting in close to 20,000 valet parked vehicles per month.

Parking Access & Revenue Control System (PARCS) - Automation Expertise

PCI has significant experience in managing fully automated facilities in a variety of environments. We are well-versed in working with nearly every manufacturer of PARCS equipment! We have consulted on, or directly contracted, the installation of PARCS at many of our clients’ facilities. Our process is well thought out and managed. PCI will typically issue an RFP for multiple bids with a reporting/vetting process to include bidder interviews. Ultimately, we work to assist our clients in obtaining the best fit PARCS at competitive pricing with full transparency.
