Kaalon Williams is PCI Municipal Services Employee of The Year!

Congratulations to Kaalon Williams for being selected as PCI’s Municipal Services Employee of The Year! The talent, the drive, the right attitude: Kaalon brings it all. We’re so lucky to have her on our team! Here’s what her manager, Lonnie Zingula, had to say about her:

“Now in her third year as a Parking Enforcement Officer, Kaalon has shown great growth and plays a key role in training new team members. She is my most productive officer and a valuable mentor for newer officers, who seek her advice for handling unfamiliar situations. Kaalon’s smile and friendly disposition brighten our office and help diffuse potential conflicts on the street. She is also able to roll with the punches and doesn’t take things personally when dealing with upset motorists whose cars must be towed for excessive, unpaid citations.”
