Since the start of our Weekly Safety Observation program, he hasn’t missed a single week, consistently submitting some of the best reports from the field, complete with detailed coverage areas and photos that reflect his genuine commitment to his location and his coworkers’ safety.

Erwin’s facility inspections and safe work habit observations are truly outstanding, and they make
a real difference in our safety efforts. In fact, his most recent report identified the need for different goggles and a specialized reach tool, a finding that directly improves the health and safety of our people.
