Parking Concepts Welcomes Industry Leader Nicolle Judge as Director of Customer Experience

Parking Concepts Inc. (PCI) is proud to welcome Nicolle Judge as Director of Customer Experience.

Nicolle brings nearly four decades of leadership and operational experience in the parking and mobility industry, with a career spanning airport parking, technology platforms, and industry advocacy. She is known for her ability to bridge operational excellence with innovation while fostering collaboration across both the public and private sectors.

A Familiar Face

Nicolle is widely recognized across the industry for her leadership with the National Parking Association (NPA). Here she served as Chairman of the Board from 2018 to 2020 after serving on the Board of Directors since 2008. During her tenure, Nicolle held a pivotal role in strengthening industry collaboration and advancing conversations around technology, operational efficiency, and the evolving role of parking within the broader mobility ecosystem.

Nicolle served as President of SkyPark, a premier off-airport parking and transportation operation at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). As part of the team that opened SkyPark in 1987, she helped grow the organization into one of the most respected airport parking operations in the Bay Area.

Recently, Nicolle served as Vertical President of Parking at Fullsteam. Here, she oversaw several leading parking technology platforms including netPark, Integrapark, and Zephire and worked closely with operators across North America to support the deployment and evolution of parking technology solutions that improve efficiency, customer experience, and operational performance.

At PCI, Nicolle will focus on advancing the company’s Customer Experience Strategy. She will support PCI’s ongoing efforts to strengthen service culture across its portfolio of locations. Additionally, Nicolle will work closely with the company’s operations and innovation teams to further develop initiatives such as PEEK (Parking Excellence & Evaluation Kit) and PCI’s AI + Human Touch service philosophy.

In addition to her professional leadership, Nicolle has remained active in industry and community organizations throughout her career. She is a member of the American Ground Transportation Association (AGTA) and has previously served on the boards of Women in Parking and the Bay Area Business Travel Association. She also serves on the Advisory Committee for the Bay Area Women and Children’s Center in San Francisco.
