Ontario International Airport was excited to recognize Parking Concepts, Inc. shuttle drivers Diana Welch and Michael Rankin as the very first recipients of their Customer Service Spot Award! There are a lot of hardworking employees at the airport, but Diana and Michael truly stood out!
