***IMPROTANT READ THIS ***
It may take up to two full business days (Mon-Fri) to fulfill your monthly application and provide the necessary credentials AFTER Parking Concepts receives verification that you have been approved through the first two steps of the BMR process. 1) Notice of award 2) Contract signed with landlord/property. Step 3 is registering through this web site. Vehicles parked that have NOT received final approved from PARKING CONCEPTS, step 3, are subject to tow. No proration is provided. Parking is for a single registered vehicle. Any unregistered vehicle parked in a reserved stall is subject to tow. You may not re-assign your parking to another on a temporary or permanent basis. A one-time $25 Activation Fee may apply to all new accounts. A processing fee of $2.50 per account will be applied monthly. Scan the posted QR code to begin a parking session. Vehicles without an active parking session, not displaying a valid monthly permit or parked in areas not marked for Hourly Parking subject to tow.

The garage entrance is on Long Bridge Street between 3rd and 4th Street. Public parking is immediately to the right upon entry. Park in designated stalls only. Scan the QR code to start a parking session and make payment. Vehicles without and active parking session or those parked in reserved sections without the proper credential are subject to tow at the owner’s expense. Vehicles left after closing may be retrieved the following business day
